The simple rules for playing AIRSHIFT.
1. Agreement
By installing or playing AIRSHIFT (“the game”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the game. The game is provided by Kaafisir Technologies (“we”).
2. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own Android devices for non-commercial entertainment. The game, its code, artwork, sounds and online content belong to us or our licensors.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its online content, except where the law allows it.
- Tamper with save files, purchases, signatures or downloaded content, or use cheats, bots or exploits that harm the game or other people.
- Use the game for any unlawful purpose or sell access to your progress.
4. Coins, vehicles and maps
Coins are a virtual item with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, are not transferable and exist only inside the game. Unlocked vehicles, maps and offers are licensed to you, not sold. We may change prices, balance, offers and content to keep the game fair and fun.
5. Purchases and refunds
Coin packs are optional and sold by Google Play at the price shown there. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms and refund policy. Coin packs are consumable items and are delivered immediately. If you did not receive your coins, use Restore purchases in the Store or contact us with your order number.
6. Online content
The game may download new maps and vehicles. Online content may be added, changed or retired at any time. An internet connection is needed to download it.
7. Safety
AIRSHIFT is a game. Do not play while driving, cycling or walking, and take breaks. Driving behaviour shown in the game is fictional and must not be copied on real roads.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or end the game or part of it. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
9. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” without promises that it will be error-free or always available. All vehicles, brands, people and places shown are original or fictional; any similarity to real ones is unintended.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of progress or virtual items caused by factors outside our control such as device failure or uninstalling the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
